The registration fee is payable in advance and includes continental breakfast, lunch & refreshments, course materials and certificate of attendance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received in writing more than 3 weeks before the event will be subject to a service charge of $150.00 CAD. The full conference fees remain payable if cancellations are received less than 2 weeks prior to the event. Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizer to alter the timing of the program or the identity of the speakers. In the unfortunate event that an event is cancelled IPA are not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance.
COVID-19:
We are committed to creating an event where everyone can have an enjoyable and successful experience, learning and networking effectively and do all of this in safety and comfort. Your Health & Safety is our top priority. While masks are now NOT mandatory to be worn, they are encouraged at your comfort. We will provide onsite for those who wish to wear one. Sanitizing stations will be in place throughout the conference venue. We ask that you refrain from attending the IPA GMP Update 2025 in-person if you are not feeling well.
