Jaivik Patel is a forward-thinking quality leader with over 14 years of pharmaceutical industry experience spanning validation, quality operations, and quality management systems. As Site Quality Head at Whitby Site, he heads quality unit empowering quality assurance and laboratory operations team to drive quality excellence delivering life saving solid dosage products to the patient.

He also serves as a network expert in process and cleaning validation, championing strategies that strengthen compliance, elevate operational performance, and drive enterprise-wide consistency.

Throughout his career, Jaivik has been recognized for combining deep technical expertise with a clear vision for the future of validation. His work is grounded in product lifecycle management, quality systems, and governance, while his leadership is defined by a commitment to innovation, simplification, and measurable impact.

Having held leadership roles across Thermo Fisher Scientific, Apotex, Alembic, and Pharmanza, Jaivik has contributed to building stronger quality cultures, modernizing validation practices, and enabling effective technical transfer across complex regulated environments. He is especially passionate about leveraging new technologies and data-centric approaches to reimagine validation as a catalyst for agility, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Jaivik holds a Master’s in Pharmacy (Quality Assurance) and is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
