Aaron Roth is an operations and project delivery leader, former U.S. Navy nuclear officer, and industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience leading complex capital projects and operational improvement initiatives across highly regulated and mission-critical environments. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of leadership roles spanning project execution, site operations, commissioning and qualification, organizational development, and strategic consulting. Aaron has led multidisciplinary teams through the planning, delivery, startup, and operational readiness of large-scale manufacturing and infrastructure programs, with a particular focus on integrating engineering, quality, operations, and project controls to improve outcomes. Known for his practical and often contrarian perspective, he challenges organizations to move beyond compliance-driven approaches and focus on the systems, behaviors, and organizational structures that drive project success. Aaron holds a B.S. in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
